Kundalini Yoga

An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, the chanting of mantras, and relaxation. Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness, the goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. This class is open to all levels.

Family Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga for the whole family. Bring your partner, your children, your friends. When we practice together and raise our vibration, we are able to strenghten our bond with ourselves and each other.

Yoga of Lady Niguma

A unique yoga asana series from Tibet created by Lady Niguma, a female yogi from India who lived a thousand years ago. She taught a special kind of yoga which removes the stress of modern working life, at the same time keeping students young and fit.

Gentle Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is simply that - restorative. It is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. We use props to assist you in holding poses longer.

Mantra Yoga

This class offers the opportunity to experience an elevated state of being through the practice of Kundalini Yoga meditations and chanting ancient sacred mantras.

Yoga for Youth 8-12yrs

Youth yoga classes are a wonderful way for children to develop self-awareness, self-acceptance, confidence and the ability to relax and deeply connect to their inner self while stretching and strengthening the body.

Yoga for Youth 13-18yrs

This class is designed to invite teenagers to utilize yogic techniques in their busy daily activities to reduce stress, enhance mental clarity and focus during exams, sport competitions, boost confidence, have better mood and energy level, and increase self-care.


The practice of sadhana incorporates prayer, Kundalini Yoga and mantra chanting. Sadhana is practiced in the Amrit Vela between 4:30-7am. This is the most powerful time of day to meditate as we have the most access to spiritual energy at this time.
